1. What are the accepted methods of payment?

Some electronic cards may work, but others may not.

2. How can I inform Dr. Adem about my health reports?
We use a very simple system that is created to help you send Dr. Adem the relevant information he needs to evaluate your case and recommend a solution (either a clinic or a treatment plan). After your payment, you will be sent an email with links to send your health reports and case history in virtual format (scans).
After analyzing your case Dr. Adem will make a Clinic/Treatment recommendation. All the information you share with Dr. Adem will be considered confidential and will never be shared with any 3rd parties except for Dr. Adem and the team members who are directly responsible with handling your case.
While we advise you to be completely honest in your answers, the things that you share with Dr. Adem are your decision and you are making these statements at your own consent.
3. What happens with my health reports after Dr. Adem analyses them?
Once you send your reports, Dr. Adem will employ a standard Cancer Procedure in analysing your information. At this point Dr. Adem looks at your reports in detail with the aim of recommending you the best cancer clinic for you. The customer can avail additional service of 1 on 1 Skype session with Dr. Adem at extra cost of $99. During the meeting you can ask your questions about cancer and treatments.
In case of Home Care Plan you will receive a personalized treatment plan that targets your specific cancer problem.
4. How can I reserve a meeting with Dr. Adem?
You need to choose a service with Skype consultation and after payment, an email will be sent to you with appointment scheduling option where you can reserve a time slot to talk with Dr. Adem.
5. Can Dr. Adem advise the best service for me? I can’t decide between Home Care Plan and Find A Clinic
Yes, depending on your needs Dr. Adem can recommend a suitable service for you. But just as a general guidance, Dr. Adem usually recommends Find A Clinic to all his patients, except for those who do not want to / cannot travel long distances.
6. What if I cannot be online at the time of my meeting with Dr. Adem?
If you cannot make it to the appointment you can reschedule it by sending us an email. However, please notice that we only allow ONE meeting postponement. If you fail to join the meeting the second time, we will cancel your service. The paid amount will not be refunded.
If you cannot make it to the appointment, please inform us at email@example.com at least 12 hours in advance, so we can reschedule your meeting for another day.
7. Can I order by phone?
At the moment, we do not support phone orders, but this is a service that we will soon include in our program. Until then, feel free to contact us using the Contact Page on our website or to get in touch with Dr. Adem by ordering a service plan.
8. Do you accept returns and refunds?
Yes, We do accept the refund under specific circumstances. Since Dr. Adem is providing the services, the refund is only possible when the uploaded documents/history are not reviewed by the doctor within the 72 hours from the sending of the documents/History.
If Dr. Adem, due to a busy schedule will have to revise your timeline, you will be notified via email.
9. Under what form will I be sent the Home Care Plan treatment?
The “Home Care Plan” will be provided in the word format and will be sent via Email. Our customer support is available before-during-after treatment.
